Website backups and one standard restoration each year are included. If you need a restore, we check the available backup and agree the recovery point with you.

Help with everyday changes
Business and Advanced include an annual allowance for small content edits and minor technical help. Send us the supplied text or images and tell us what needs changing.

How much does website hosting and maintenance cost in Malaysia?
Essential is RM720 per year, Business is RM2,400 per year and Advanced is RM4,800 per year. These are annual hosting and care fees. Website builds, additional work and any agreed paid software are priced separately.
Can you host and maintain my existing WordPress website?
We can review your existing WordPress website, hosting setup and plugins before confirming suitability. If it needs migration, repairs or other preparation, we include that work in the quotation for you to review.
Is a new website included in the annual fee?
No. The annual plan covers hosting and the agreed care services. A new website, a redesign or additional pages are separate projects. Explore website design and development.
What domain and business email are included?
Each plan includes one qualifying domain. Business includes one business mailbox and Advanced includes three. We confirm the exact domain, renewal arrangements and email plan in your quotation. Existing email migration is scoped separately.
How does the assistance allowance work?
Business includes two hours per year and Advanced includes four hours per year, shared between small supplied content edits and minor technical troubleshooting. The allowance does not roll over. Routine scheduled care and the included restoration do not use these hours.
Can I use my own hosting?
Yes. If we are building your website, we can deploy it to suitable hosting you provide. Ongoing management of that hosting is agreed separately.
What if the website needs to be restored?
Each annual plan includes one standard restoration from an available, usable backup. We check the backup date with you first because restoring an older version can replace newer changes. Additional recovery work is quoted when needed.
Does website care include ongoing SEO?
Regular website care and an SEO campaign serve different needs. Content strategy, ongoing search optimisation and reporting belong to our Google SEO service. They are not included in these annual hosting plans.
