A better way to
handle property work.

One of our early projects starts with property: owner conversations, missing details and listing updates. It is one place to test our ideas, with room to explore other industries too.

We’re developing a workflow to bring those pieces together: organising details, preparing replies and getting listings ready for review and publishing. Our own property operations are the starting point for this project.

What we’re working towards

A connected process from owner information to reviewed website listings. We still need to establish how reliably it works, how much manual checking it needs and what it costs to run. Public access, pricing and a launch date have not been announced.
