QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before we
get started.

A few useful answers about working together.

How much does a website cost?

We prepare a quotation based on page types, design, content, functionality and integrations. Hosting, licences, maintenance and optional work are itemised so you can see what is included.

Can you improve an existing website?

Yes. We first review what works, what is holding the site back and whether focused improvements or a rebuild make more sense. Existing URLs and search visibility form part of that review.

Do you build with WordPress?

Yes. WordPress is suitable for many business and content websites. We discuss custom development when the project needs functionality that calls for a different approach.

Is SEO included with website development?

Basic launch checks and an ongoing SEO programme are different scopes. Your proposal specifies the technical setup, page optimisation and content work included.

Do you guarantee Google rankings?

No. We agree measurable work and review performance, but search rankings and indexing are controlled by search engines and affected by many factors.

Who supplies the website content?

We agree this at the start. You can provide approved text and images, or request content and design support as part of the project.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. Support, maintenance and change requests can be scoped separately. The quotation states the initial support period and any ongoing arrangement.

Do you only work with Malaysian companies?

Malaysia is our initial focus. We can discuss projects for other markets, including language, timezone and operational requirements.
